Live Beyond the Shadow is about stepping into the spiritual dimension and living beyond this earthly domain. Jesus provided access through the finished work of cross. The imagery of the Tabernacle, the Feasts, Rosh Kodesh provided through the Scriptures gives us as a shadow (an earthly representation) of the real, the heavenly eternal realm. These elements furnish us a lens through which we can view the Divine. Join me as we pass through the door of the Tabernacle in search of Jesus.
Colossians 2:17 BSB These are a shadow of the things to come, but the body that casts it belongs to Christ.
The Apostle Paul referred to the observances related to the Hebraic calendar, the Feasts, Sabbaths and the monthly celebration referred to as the new moon (Rosh Kodesh) as being a shadow of things is to come. The author of Hebrews used the term shadow of things to come in reference to the Tabernacle of Moses, the Temple, and the ministry of the priests as a shadow of heavenly things (the True Tabernacle).
Hebrews 10:19-22 NIV Therefore, brothers and sisters, since we have confidence to enter the Most Holy Place by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way opened for us through the curtain, that is, his body, and since we have a great priest over the house of God, let us draw near to God with a sincere heart and with the full assurance that faith brings, having our hearts sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience and having our bodies washed with pure water.
